FMQ en een beetje SRQ

Het quiltwerk van de WMLQ is klaar. De afwerking en het etiket heb ik nog niet gemaakt maar dat komt wel. Het garen dat ik gebruikt heb is licht van kleur en de stof is rood, op de foto is het niet zo goed te zien. In het echt ziet het er eigenlijk best goed uit. The quilting of the WMLQ is done. I still need to make the name tag on the back and put on some binding. I'll do that later. But this is what it looks like now. Allthough it is a light colour on a red fabric, in the picture it's not that clear what I did. In real it looks surprisingly good.

Voor mijn Surprisingly Red quilt heb ik ook de stoute schoenen aangetrokken en gebruik ik gedeeltelijk FMQ. Ik heb een heel stuk gedaan met microstippling. Het brengt de middelste ster heel mooi naar voren. I've grabbed all my confidence and used some FMQ in a real quilt, Surprisingly Red. I'm busy microstippling as you can see. It really emphasises the centre star.
